Longma Winery Hotel is located on the northwest side of Longma Winery, the strong sauce and fragrance base of Langjiu Group in Luzhou. It faces the internal lake shore of the winery directly to the south, is adjacent to the planned urban road to the west, is close to the pottery bottle factory building of the base to the north, and overlooks the scientific research center of the base and the expressway connecting Luzhou Airport to the east. The current situation of the site is a shallow hilly terrain with a height difference of 10-15 meters. In the upper level planning, a lake will be established using the height difference of the current terrain. An internal loop is formed around the lake shore on the lake side, and it bypasses from the north side of the hotel, connecting to other functional areas of the winery. The layout of the hotel follows two important visual axes: facing the winery wine experience center across the lake on the north and south sides, corresponding to the Tao Research Center on the east and west sides, and visually echoing the airport expressway.

The Longma Winery Hotel fully considers the undulations of the existing terrain and the advantages of the planned landscape in its layout, taking into account the usage needs of different types of guest rooms, and is distributed on both sides of the U-shaped hills. In the central part of the entire hotel, which is also the center of the north-south visual axis, a hotel lobby is set up. Combine the entire building volume with the terrain to form two courtyards, east and west. Considering that the surrounding area of the base will continue to focus on industrial building functions for a considerable period of time, a surrounding architectural form will be formed on the northeast side of the winery to ensure the maximum optimization of the overall winery landscape and guest room landscape. In the western courtyard, buildings adjacent to public roads adopt higher volumes and relatively enclosed facades, forming the main entrance of the entire hotel and effectively protecting the hotel's microenvironment. The part near the lake forms hydrophilic guest rooms and the largest landscape platform of the entire hotel. The eastern courtyard, fully integrated with the existing terrain, forms the main hotel room volume that protrudes into the lake area, and a sky bar is set up on the top floor to overlook the entire Longma Winery.

At the top of the hotel lobby, the east-west architectural volume connects the east-west courtyards and forms a grand and simple architectural volume at the visual end of the north-south axis. The east and west courtyards are equipped with various empty spaces on the first floor, providing travelers with a rich experience of sightseeing and staying. The main service and parking spaces of the building are located below the main building, making it convenient to connect various spaces of the hotel and facilitate the arrival of logistics. The underground parking lot is equipped with two entrances and exits, one for passengers and the other for cargo vehicles. At the bottom level of the main building, adjacent to all service and catering service lines, a waterfront breakfast restaurant is set up, which is integrated with the lake area dock and connects to the independent functional building inside the winery during the day and night.
