The concept of "public space" runs through landscape design, architectural layout, vertical transportation, and layout plans, customizing friendly and distinctive living spaces for young residents - semi corridor style rooms, enhancing internal lighting and ventilation of buildings; Open stairwells and public platforms reduce people's dependence on elevators and provide new opportunities for vertical transportation in high-rise buildings; More balconies and outdoor spaces provide residents with better exposure to sunlight, air, and a positive landscape; The spatial configuration of public functions, leisure activities, etc. links the landscape, entrance, and residents, providing complete and convenient living facilities.

The young residential population provides the foundation for design, and new demands for affordable rental housing are raised by living, socializing, and emerging business and lifestyle forms. This case breaks through the traditional impression of apartments and proposes the possibility of improving living comfort, establishing a low-carbon and energy-saving "new neighborhood" lifestyle.
